There is a wide range of business in Colchester from Retail outlets to factories.  The town has always been a hub for local business as it is close to London but business real estate is not as expensive as in the Capital.

Another business in Colchester I have come across recently is when we hired a coach to help us get clear on our goals for 2025. Although it has been a difficult year we have still been able to grow and increase our customer base and income.  We also invested in our employee’s development with team building days to attending seminars.  This year we have employed a Business and Life coach for our to help develop the team both at work and in their personal lives.

As we like to support local business we wanted to ensure that we found a life coach near me. The coach who’s that kept being referred to us was Julie Rowe.  We had also come across Julie at other business networking meetings and one of our staff had attended one of her Personal Development seminars that Julie held locally on goal setting.

Julie has worked with each of our staff on a 1:1 basis and also as a team to develop our strategies for 2025/2026 and beyond and directly due to the coaching that Julie delivered we have moved forward significantly on some of the projects that were currently stalled.

Julie has worked with various types of business and also developed her own business – she is also a Jewellery Designer by trade and this has helped her understand business from a customer side and as a business owner.

Trained as a Master Practitioner in NLP and certificated by Robbins Madanes Training Julie has lots of experiencing on working with individuals and teams to push them out of their comfort zone.
