There are various ways you can travel to Colchester and it is close to motorways that connect the whole of the UK.  Just off the A12 and A120, you can travel in all directions either taking the faster A12 or the more scenic A120.

There are 2 train stations that link you to either London, Norwich, or the port of Harwich with links to Holland and France.

To look at prices or to book tickets to visit Trainline is your best option as you are able to search for all types of train journeys.

For Air travel, you are approx. 30 miles from Stansted Airport and there are trains or coaches that can take you there if you don’t want to drive.

Within the local countryside, there are various sites to view as we are very close to Constable Country and also close to other historic sites.
